The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to shops and restaurants. It is in the center of boisterous Naples, but surprisingly peaceful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good sound isolation. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of pastries and fresh fruit. The staff is helpful and accommodating, speaking good English. The hotel also provides a secure and spacious safe for guests to use.

The shower is small and lacks proper lighting, which can make it difficult to use.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern facilities. The shower provided plenty of hot water without any delay. The hotel's location in the vibrant Chiaia district was perfect, as it was near the historical center and in the smart shopping district. We had no trouble accessing transportation, with good connections to stations and the airport. The included breakfast was a nice touch, offering a good selection of breads, meats, cheeses, cornetti.

I really enjoyed my stay at Palazzo Alabardieri. The entrance was fine and the room was beautifully designed and well-equipped. The recent revamp was evident and made my experience even better. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city, away from the busy areas. The breakfast served was delicious and of high quality, a perfect way to start the day.
